Titanic Hotel, at Stanley Docks in Liverpool for Harcourt Developments - The design of M&E services for the refurbishment of a luxury 154-bedroom Hotel, Offices and Conference Centre (Develop and Construct) giving technical advice on an on-going basis on all aspects of M&E design.
Situated at Stanley Dock, Liverpool the Hotel, with fully equipped Gym & Spa retained many of the original architecture, brick and iron features of the once vast industrial warehouse. It is now complimented by a high-quality energy efficient fit-out & designer furniture which amplifies its size and nature after this £18M renovation which transformed it into a luxury destination in Liverpool.
The Spa is encased in exposed brickwork arches, with a luxurious Roman bath-style pool surrounded by five treatment rooms. The Offices & Conference Centre has floor-to-ceiling glazing on the ground floor, a range of boardrooms and breakout spaces, high speed internet access, air conditioning and dedicated AV equipment throughout.
