Brief Description:

A feature of Phase II was the incorporation of Renewable Energies in the form of Building Integrated Photovoltaic and Solar Water Collectors.

The Photovoltaic Solar Cells are encased in a Vertical Glazed Curtain Wall generating electricity from solar radiation.

Roof-mounted Solar Collectors provide domestic hot water in the building.
